No shuttle bus on event day. By car: about 40 min from Joshinetsu Expressway Nagano IC via Nagano, or about 40 min from Azumino IC via Matsumoto.
Parking: Paid reserved parking available (reservations via akippa, typically from July 1 at 10am).
Rain policy: Held in rain, cancelled in severe weather.
